When do we need to RSVP by?

Please RSVP by the 1st September, so we can have an accurate head count.

Can I bring a date?

Of course! In most cases we have allowed for your partners, however just let Scott know in the RSVP or by phone and he can ensure they have a table placement.

What should I wear?

It’s a Summer Garden Wedding and Oriental Themed reception, either of these themes will work well. We also suggest you bring a layer, it's Auckland after all. Guys, there is no need for ties if you don’t want, but we would love you to dress up.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Our wedding ceremony is outdoors in the garden, but our reception will be indoors.

Are kids welcome?

Please let Scott know if you plan on bringing children as this will need to be allowed for. We would prefer children under 10 not attend the ceremony or speeches.

What happens when I RSVP?

We will add you to our wedding list and will keep you updated via email.

What’s the transport situation?

There is plenty of free parking out the front of the venue and there will be a shuttle bus back into Ponsonby at 11pm.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones during the wedding?

Yes! We would love for you to take photos and share them with us. However, please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony and speeches. Please also be mindful of the photographer and videographer, we don’t want all our memories with people holding phones.
